Martica began her training with the likes of Mia Michaels, the ever-popular judge and contributing choreographer for Fox’s hit TV show “So You Think You Can Dance.”

In addition to being a former Dancer of our very our Miami Heat, she was then asked to come back as the Assistant Director/Choreographer of the Miami Heat Dancers. In addition, Martica was also the Director of the University of Miami’s Hurricanettes. She has performed and choreographed for a variety of shows, tours and films.

She has worked with Gloria Estefan, Ricky Martin, Tito Puentes, Deion Sanders, and Sony. Some of her credits include MTV, BET Awards, Los Premios Nuestros, Saturday Night Live, and a Chef Boy R Dee Commercial.

Wanting to share her passion with others, Martica continued her education at Nova Southeastern University where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Education specializing in Varying Exceptionalities. She was the Dance Director at Miami South Ridge High and was nominated for the prestigious “Miami- Dade County Teacher of the Year award.”
